FEATURES OF VIEWING PERSPECTIVES OF OWN LIFE OF WARRIORS DURING THE WAR

Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of seeing the perspectives of the soldiers' own lives during the war. The essence of the problem of the concept of seeing the perspectives of the soldiers' own lives during the war is revealed and described. An analysis of the factors affecting the understanding of life prospects was carried out. An analysis of the psychological structure of the vision of one's own life prospects is presented, which contains the following components: motivational-value, procedural, cognitive-active, emotional-regulatory. A set of psychodiagnostic methods for studying the structure of vision of the perspectives of one's own life by soldiers is proposed. The results of an empirical study are presented and the features of motivation to prevent stress, professional directions in the post-war period, values, styles of interaction with others, socio-psychological attitudes of soldiers in the field of motivation to self-improvement are summarized. The psychological personality profile of a warrior who strives for self-realization after the end of the war is also determined, which is characterized by the following qualities: a significant degree of motivation to obtain gains, an attitude toward altruism, an attitude toward the result of activity, independence, self-awareness, autosympathy, self-belief, energy, self-respect , loyalty in communication, creativity, desire to take risks, professional competence, integration of styles, creativity, responsibility, control of one's own actions, minimal degree of desire for approval, dominance of flexible tactics for the realization of assets, a significant degree of knowledge of the peculiarities of work functioning, an average indicator of flexibility of thinking, inclinations, normal and high level of empathy, normal and significant degree of emotional intelligence, moderate and low level of anxiety, readiness for energy expenditure, active problem-solving strategy, feeling of success in professional activities, inner peace and balance.
