Abstract

The war in Ukraine significantly changed the conditions of business operation. Ukrainian business has not yet come under the influence of such challenges, threats and dangers. In this regard, the business had to adapt, change the location of production facilities, work in a high-risk zone with an understaffed staff, destroyed logistics chains, a shortage of goods and components, a significant decrease in the level of demand, a high level of inflation and a reorientation of state policy to the defense sector with a decrease in the level of business support. But, despite such a number of destabilizing factors, the domestic business environment has not stopped, but continues to function.

In the article, based on statistical data, the results of surveys of entrepreneurs and analytical data, the influence of changes in the external environment on the level of functioning of domestic enterprises and on the consequences in the personnel sphere is substantiated. Based on these conditions, a promising method of improving work and maintaining the level of competitiveness - changes in personnel policy - has been determined.

An important aspect of establishing work in the difficult conditions of war is the improvement of personnel policy processes, which provides maximum support for all employees. Given the shortage of personnel, the issue of their training and education is becoming urgent. Therefore, the study is based on the analysis of promising methods of personnel training, taking into account motivational aspects and the influence of aggressive threats from the external environment.

A list of advantages for employers as a result of personnel training has been defined, in particular, it is an opportunity to provide the enterprise with highly professional personnel capable of solving the most difficult tasks; to reduce staff turnover, to form a staff reserve, to reduce recruitment costs and to increase the level of employee motivation. In addition, a list of benefits for employees has been systematized: acquisition of new professional knowledge and skills, the opportunity to receive a higher salary, professional development, confidence in the future, lack of fear of losing a job, increased respect and gratitude, increased work motivation.
