ADAPTIVE STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

The primary goal of the research is to characterize the features of developing adaptive strategies for small businesses under the integration of digital technologies based on artificial intelligence. The task set in the article involves identifying key aspects of developing adaptive strategies considering the system of artificial intelligence. It has been determined that small businesses need to adapt to new challenges caused by global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the imposition of martial law in Ukraine. The essential characteristics of modern adaptive strategies for the development of small businesses have been identified. Changes in consumer behavior and market requirements have led to a reorientation of businesses towards digital platforms and digital marketing. It has been established that digital adaptability has become critical for the survival of enterprises under changed conditions. The importance of supply chain flexibility has been substantiated, as enterprises that adapted to using local sources or diversifying their supply chains reduced their vulnerability to global shocks. As a result of the imposition of martial law, small business faces new challenges, including movement restrictions and other operational obstacles, forcing businesses to adapt work schedules and enhance security measures. The role of artificial intelligence as a significant factor in optimizing internal processes and improving client interactions has been characterized. It has been established that leading enterprises implementing technologies based on artificial intelligence demonstrate an ability to innovate and increase competitiveness. The importance of adaptive strategies that allow enterprises to stay ahead of market trends and consumer demands, thanks to the use of data analytics and artificial intelligence for predicting changes and optimizing processes, has been characterized.
