DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS A BASIS FOR ENSURING THE GROWTH OF MANAGEMENT QUALITY AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article explores the development of an effective management system as a basis for ensuring the growth of management quality and international competitiveness of the enterprise. It is determined that the development of an effective management system requires the introduction of a set of stages and measures passed to ensure significant systemic and structural changes that will make it possible to ensure the growth of the quality of management and international competitiveness of the enterprise. It was revealed that the stages of implementation of the improved enterprise management system are: design and subsequent development of an integrated management information system at the enterprise; bringing into line the ordering or reorganization of the organizational structure of the enterprise; development of internal and external communications of the enterprise. review verification of the availability and compliance of all internal documentation of the enterprise as managerial, financial and economic; development and implementation of business management processes in order to increase the quality of production processes and enterprise management to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise; individualization of the processes of design and production of products transition from mass production to production in batches, series; transition to market-oriented production in order to increase the competitiveness of products and their compliance with the requirements of domestic and foreign international markets. It is determined that the implementation, development of an improved enterprise management system is able to ensure the constancy, stability of production volumes, the availability of guaranteed sales, because all products will be produced in batches to order, low level of constant management costs, costs for the sale and marketing of products, increasing the level of quality and qualification of personnel, access to modern production technologies and technology transfer, the possibility of participating in global chains supply, potential opportunities for growth in production volumes in accordance with the growth of sales volumes of products in the domestic and international markets.
