Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing innovation-active enterprises operating within a complex multi-level environment that integrates elements of strategic management, innovation development, and knowledge management. The key characteristics of innovation-active enterprises are identified, including their ability to participate in the innovation market, the active use of knowledge as a strategic resource, the development of intellectual capital, and the continuous improvement of internal and external business processes. The structure of the enterprise's innovation potential is substantiated, encompassing financial, human, market, material-technical components, and knowledge. The influence of external factors such as state innovation policy, educational environment, technical infrastructure, and market conditions on the effectiveness of innovation activities is analyzed. Special attention is paid to a systemic assessment of the enterprise's core competencies in identifying innovation needs, developing and implementing innovation projects, organizing financial and economic support for innovation processes, developing human resources and research potential, and ensuring effective interaction between technical, managerial, and marketing units. The importance of creating modern information systems that provide comprehensive support for managerial decision-making in innovation activities and contribute to reducing uncertainty in the development and implementation of new technological and organizational solutions is highlighted.

The study further explores the role of synchronizing the components of innovation potential within modern enterprise management systems. Particular emphasis is placed on the significance of human capital as a key factor in shaping innovation capacity and ensuring the economic security of enterprises. The interrelationship between knowledge, skills, motivation, and organizational competencies of personnel and the effectiveness of innovation processes implementation is examined. The necessity for the strategic development of human capital, improvement of human resource management systems, formation of corporate culture, and creation of a favorable informational environment to ensure the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises under dynamic economic conditions is substantiated.

The research results provide a methodological basis for improving innovation management systems in organizations and healthcare institutions under modern economic conditions, aimed at ensuring their sustainable competitiveness, technological advancement, and long-term development.
