STANDARDIZATION OF TRAINING FOR SPECIALISTS IN THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF MILITARY REGISTERS AS A FACTOR IN ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article analyses the conclusions of the assessment of the armed conflict in the face of the ever-growing threat of a full-scale invasion on the territory of Ukraine by the armed forces of the Russian Federation, as one of the factors of the external environment having a systemic negative impact, both for the national economy and for the activities of each individual enterprise. The results of analysis concluded that the level of mobilization training, which includes military registration of conscripts, persons liable for military duty and reservists, has an impact on the stability of work and the economic security of enterprises. Raising the professional level of specialists in military registration of enterprises will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of mobilization training of domestic enterprises in the context of the Russian Federation’s hybrid war against Ukraine, it will allow, if necessary, to conduct, in-time and on high level, recruitment of reservists and persons liable for military service in case of a declaration of mobilization and ensure the efficient use of labor resources to support the continuous production activities of enterprises. This will make it possible to support the operational capacity of enterprises, their level of economic security and to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations with mobilization resources, but also the population of the country with essential resources and services. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the recommendations for the development of a professional standard for training specialists in the organization and maintenance of military records at domestic enterprises as an important condition for increasing the level of mobilization training and ensuring stable production activities in a special period. The research has made it possible to partially offer a solution to the problem of standardizing the training of military accountants for domestic enterprises, in particular with regard to the identification of topics for their training, and to determine the future direction of research on the general problem: development of programs and methodologies for the training of specialists in military accounting, educational and methodological literature, as well as procedures for the organization and certification of such training; determination of indicators, criteria and methodology for the assessment of military accounting specialists level of skills and other directions.
