With the development of the real estate market in Ukraine, the activities of persons providing services accompanied by the purchase, sale or lease of real estate have become important. These people are usually called real estate agents, or realtors (brokers). The importance of real estate (brokerage) activities is due to the fact that it is associated with one of the most important material values of man - real estate. The purpose of the article is to study the strategic aspects of real estate business management in Ukraine, as well as to identify features of the organization of the real estate agency. In addition, identifying the peculiarities of the organization of development activities in the real estate market of Ukraine and substantiation of the mechanisms of financial support for the implementation of development projects requires further research. After all, real estate is considered one of the least risky areas of long-term investment with a fairly high level of profitability. The purpose of the article is to study the strategic aspects of real estate business management in Ukraine, as well as to identify features of the organization of the real estate agency. The article examines effective mechanisms for managing the process of ensuring competitive position of real estate company, which allows you respond quickly to the environmental factors. The proposals on the use of strategic tools and techniques intended for use in the management of a process of ensuring the competitiveness of a real estate company are substantiated, as well as the directions of improving the management of the company's competitiveness using the latest approaches are identified. Particular attention is paid to the development of draft strategic measures to improve the management of the real estate company. A mechanism for managing a brokerage agency is proposed. Tools that form the information base for the management of a real estate agency in the long run through the proper construction of processes of planning, organization and coordination of management are identified.
