CLASSIFICATION OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The relevance of the study of factors influencing the management of corporate development of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises is due to the need for their adaptation to new economic, institutional and regulatory conditions that are being formed in the process of European integration of Ukraine. Deepening integration into the EU single market increases the influence of external and internal factors on the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate management, increases the competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural business in the national and international markets. In these conditions, the systematic identification, classification and assessment of factors that determine the effectiveness of corporate development management of agricultural enterprises acquires special scientific and practical significance. This creates a methodological basis for the development of effective management decisions by the management of agricultural enterprises aimed at ensuring their sustainable development, innovative transformation and successful integration into the European economic space. The purpose of the article: to develop a classification of factors influencing the management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises in the context of European integration. In order to ensure the proper level of quality of the research results, the following scientific methods were used: abstract-logical - for a thorough analysis of the problem and generalization of the research results, expert survey - to identify and systematize the factors of influence on the management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises in the context of European integration. In particular, in the research process, a systematic approach was used (for a detailed consideration of the issues), as well as structural and functional analysis to determine the role of each factor in the management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises. Results. An expert survey of managers of export-oriented agricultural enterprises was conducted to establish the factors of influence on the management of their corporate development in the context of European integration. A description of the characteristic features for each factor was given. The role significance of the factors of influence on the management of corporate development was determined. A multi-level classification of the factors of influence on the management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises in the context of European integration was developed. The scientific novelty of the study should be considered a multi-level classification of factors influencing the management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises in the context of European integration. The theoretical and practical value of the study should be considered the grouping of factors at each level of their occurrence, the determination of the characteristic features of the factors of each group and the determination of their role significance for the effective management of corporate development of agricultural enterprises in the context of European integration. Promising directions of research: in the future, it is planned to develop a model of corporate development management of export-oriented agricultural enterprises and form an appropriate strategy.
