Abstract

Modern management is undergoing fundamental changes under the influence of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, necessitating a review of classical management concepts and the search for new effective management models. Global digitalization, automation of business processes, application of algorithmic decision-making, and big data analytics contribute to the transformation of strategic planning, operational management, human resource management, and marketing approaches. The implementation of artificial intelligence enhances the efficiency of management processes, improves forecasting accuracy, optimizes operational tasks, and enables the creation of personalized business models.The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of management concepts in the context of digital transformation and to determine the role of artificial intelligence in shaping new management approaches. The article examines the main stages of management theory development, from the classical approaches of F. Taylor, M. Weber, and A. Fayol to modern algorithmic management models. Particular attention is given to the role of digital technologies in transforming management processes, developing adaptive business models, and utilizing automated solutions in strategic planning. The research methodology is based on the application of systematic, historical, and comparative analysis, which allows for tracing the interconnection between the evolution of management concepts and technological progress, as well as identifying key factors influencing management in the digital era.The results of the study indicate that artificial intelligence significantly transforms decision-making processes, financial analysis, human resource management, marketing strategies, and operational activities of enterprises. Intelligent systems improve forecasting accuracy, optimize processes, and allow organizations to quickly adapt to market changes. It has been found that AI utilization in strategic management enhances planning processes, business operations automation, and the personalization of management approaches. At the same time, the study highlights the need for a balanced approach to integrating technology into business processes, considering ethical, social, and legal aspects. Future research prospects include analyzing the impact of algorithmic management on corporate culture, assessing potential risks related to the replacement of human labor with automated systems, and exploring ways to prepare specialists for work in a high-tech business environment. Special attention should be given to the development of new management models that combine technological advancement with human creativity, ensuring effective organizational performance in a dynamic digital economy.
