THE WORLD EXPERIENCE OF REALIZATION OF COMPETITIVE POLICY AND LEGISLATION OF THE STATE

Today, most of the developed countries of the world have implemented the competitive policy; it is said that the control of the state over the development of the competitive environment is important in order to perform the economic growth. Periodization of the history of the development of the competition policy, as well as factors which cause the start of the next episode are vital in the matter of implementing socio-economic and political institutions in the economics of Ukraine, for the stable innovational growth of the state. The objective of this article is analyzing the world experience about implementing the competitive policy with regard of various factors in the history of economics. The Author has identified 7 periods of development of the competition law throughout the world; for example, the first restrictions and limitations towards monopoly on the market are mentioned in English laws far back in the 15th century which were related to the development of market economy. Further transformations of antimonopoly policy in different periods of time were caused by such factors as industrialization, rapid production growth and the limitless power of trusts, demilitarization after World War II, liberalism, the split of the USSR, globalization of economics, rapid scientific progress and computer networking innovations. Such periodization implies that in the world, centralized ruling is being pushed back by the usage of networks in solving the economic problems in general and the protection of the competition in particular.
