ПСИХО-СЕКСУАЛЬНІ ОСНОВИ СЕКСУАЛЬНОЇ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ВІЙСЬКОВИХ, ВЕТЕРАНІВ ТА ЦИВІЛЬНИХ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ

В статті висвітлено психо-сексуальні засади сексуальної реабілітації військових, ветеранів та цивільних з набутою інвалідністю. Зокрема, проаналізовано зарубіжні фахові видання, наведено статистичні дані рівня сексуальних порушень чи змін в людей з різними травмами та ушкодженнями. Також акцентовано увагу на дефіциті аналогічних публікацій та досліджень в україномовному професійному середовищі. Звернено увагу на те, що в Україні реабілітаційні програми для військових та ветеранів практично не торкаються комплексного підходу до реабілітації сексуальності травмованих осіб. Досліджено поняття сексуальності, як складного поєднання біологічних, соціальних, психологічних та інших чинників, які охоплюють собою буття людини протягом усього життя. Виокремлено сфери в яких проявляється та переживається сексуальність, в усій її унікальності та індивідуальності. Зазначено високу клінічну значущість розмов про сексуальність протягом усього процесу відновлення, які мають охоплювати собою як розмови з фахівцями допомагаючих професій, які повинні ініціювати подібні обговорення, так і розмови всередині пари чи в групах підтримки. Окреслено особливості впливу інвалідності, травматизації на сексуальне функціонування, в тому числі вплив хибних переконань які можуть формувати упереджене відношення до інвалідності та сексуальності. Наголошено на високому рівні сексуальних проблем які виникають після операційних утручань на фоні дезінформації чи емоційних переживань. Крім того, на сексуальне функціонування пари де є людина з раптово набутою інвалідністю може впливати комплекс психосоціальних чинників, таких як зміна ролей в стосунках, загальні труднощі пов’язані з процесом лікування та відновлення, депресія, тривога, зміна самооцінки чи втома. Звертається увага на необхідність переосмислення власної сексуальності, уявлень про маскулінність та фемінність, формування нових сексуальних сценаріїв які б включали в себе факт інвалідності, а також, загальне розширення погляду на інтимність, який би відходив від поширеного сприйняття сексу виключно як пенільно-вагінального контакту. А також, висвітлено широке коло аспектів, які можуть потребувати терапевтичного втручання під час відновлення інтимного життя людини, яка раптово набула інвалідності.
