ПРОГНОСТИЧНІ ЧИННИКИ СЕКСУАЛЬНИХ ДИСФУНКЦІЙ У ВІЙСЬКОВИХ ТА ВЕТЕРАНІВ

В статті висвітлено особливості сексуальних дисфункцій у військових та ветеранів та їхні прогностичні чинники. Зокрема, проаналізовано зарубіжні дослідження попередніх років, акцентовано увагу на невирішених частинах загальної проблематики дослідження, зроблено наголоси на проблемних місцях існуючих результатів досліджень. Крім того, сфокусовано погляд на нерівномірності проведення досліджень серед чоловіків та жінок, залучених до військової справи, а також браку даних про відмінності їхнього сексуального здоров’я. Зазначено основні групи передвісників погіршення сексуального функціонування, які умовно були розділені на дві групи: «неорганічні» та «органічні» чинники. Проведено поглиблений огляд специфіки неорганічних передвісників появи сексуальних дисфункцій. Серед яких відмічаються чинники психологічного характеру, соціальні впливи, проблеми у відносинах, а також порушення психічного здоров’я неорганічної природи. Розглянуто окремі кластери посттравматичного стресового розладу та зазначено їх нерівномірний вплив на можливі сексуальні дисфункції. Акцентовано увагу на таких змінах, як емоційне заціпеніння, уникнення, нав’язливі симптоми, хронічне вегетативне збудження, на їх зв'язок з сексуальними проблемами у ветеранів та військових. Зазначено зв'язок різних передвісників сексуальних проблем та типових сексуальних дисфункцій, до яких вони здебільшого призводять. Висвітлені деякі відмінності в тому, як одній й ті ж предиктори сексуальних дисфункцій можуть впливати на сексуальне функціонування чоловіків-ветеранів та жінок-ветеранів. Розглянуті такі важливі асоційовані чинники сексуальних дисфункцій, як депресія, тривожні розлади, прийом антидепресантів тощо. Відмічено деякі передвісники органічного характеру та їх вплив на погіршення сексуального функціонування. Поруч з цим зроблено наголос на важливості психоедукації серед ветеранських родин, як способу ранньої профілактики сексуальних дисфункцій. Крім того, висвітлено важливість підвищення рівня обізнаності серед фахівців допомагаючих професій в сфері можливих погіршень в сексуальному функціонуванні військових та ветеранів.Завантаження
