The «Science notes of KROK University» adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics, which are grounded in the principles and recommendations of international organizations such as COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), WAME (World Association of Medical Editors), and DORA (San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment). These principles ensure transparency, integrity, and accountability throughout the entire publication process, from submission to publication.

Our Publication Ethics policy includes the following key elements:

  1. Adherence to International Guidelines: The journal aligns its practices with the guidelines and ethical recommendations established by recognized international organizations, ensuring that all scientific articles are handled with the utmost integrity and transparency.
  2. Open Access Policy: The journal follows an Open Access policy, ensuring that all published content is freely accessible to the public, thereby fostering global knowledge dissemination and contributing to the advancement of science without financial barriers.

  5. Article Retraction Policy: The journal has a clear Article Retraction policy that outlines the procedures for retracting published articles in cases of serious ethical violations, such as plagiarism or data falsification, ensuring transparency in such cases.
  6. AI Usage Policy: The journal's AI Usage Policy defines acceptable and unacceptable uses of Artificial Intelligence in the preparation of publications. This policy ensures that authors disclose any use of AI tools and outlines the criteria for responsible and ethical AI application in research.

Ethical Approval Policy for Research Involving Humans, Animals, or Biological Materials: Authors conducting research involving humans, animals, or their biological materials, as well as the use of personal or confidential data, must obtain ethical approval prior to conducting their studies.
