CURRENT ISSUES OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS / INSTITUTIONS THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE MOTIVATIONAL NATURE OF LEADERSHIP

The article examines the role of leadership in the development of educational institutions / organizations as a phenomenon that has a decisive influence on the formation of the strategic direction of their functioning, ensures effective resource management and contributes to the creation of a favorable educational environment. It is a key factor in the development of educational institutions, determines their efficiency, competitiveness and ability to respond to the challenges of modern society. The article is aimed at studying the relationship between the effectiveness of management of educational organizations / institutions in the perspective of the motivational nature of leadership. In the process of conducting the study, a number of scientific and special methods were used that served as confirmation of the reliability of the results obtained, the main of which are: logical, theoretical generalization, structural and functional analysis. The use of which in the complex gave grounds for using a systemic approach to determining relevant aspects of increasing the effectiveness of management of educational organizations / institutions in the perspective of the motivational nature of leadership. The essence of higher education as a social institution has been studied from the perspective of its ambivalence and the corresponding interaction of traditional educational paradigms with the modern challenges of globalization, digitalization and factors influencing the market situation. Measures initiated and implemented at the level of domestic educational organizations / institutions to ensure the continuity of the educational process and maintain accessibility to education, in particular higher education, have been considered. Attention is focused on the role of the human factor in the development and restoration of the Ukrainian economy in the post-war period, on the formation and development of the so-called "hard skills" and "soft skills" and the role in leadership management as a phenomenon and relevant theories. A comparative analysis has been carried out with the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of leadership models taking into account the ambivalence of higher education and a corresponding conclusion has been made about the possibility of overcoming the ambivalence of higher education through effective leadership based on motivational approaches. The emphasis is on the need to identify and develop the potential of managers and the corresponding improvement of "hard skills" and "soft skills" to ensure effective interaction with the team and stakeholders. The conclusion is made about the feasibility of developing adequate measures to increase the efficiency of management of educational organizations / institutions through the prism of the motivational nature of leadership and conducting in-depth research in the perspective of developing improved mechanisms for the interaction of subjects and objects of management within the framework of the formation and development of leadership skills of managers at all levels of their management and making appropriate changes within the framework of adaptive strategies based on the motivational nature of leadership.
