RESEARCH OF THE STATE OF LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT IN A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AND DETERMINATION OF WAYS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

The research aims to address issues related to the need to improve the efficiency of resource use in higher education institutions, optimize information flows, and ensure a quality educational process. The goal is to study logistics management in a higher education institution, identify problem areas, and develop practical recommendations for their effective optimization. To achieve this goal, the essence and features of logistics management in a higher education institution were studied; a logistics analysis of flows was conducted, including an analysis of material, information flows, and flows related to the educational process; an analysis and evaluation of logistics management of the educational process and scientific activity were carried out, as well as a diagnosis of financial and economic activities and an assessment of the efficiency of the logistics system of the higher education institution; proposals for the use of tools and improvement of logistics management efficiency, particularly regarding the optimization of the logistics system, were developed; an algorithm for the use of logistics management was compiled and its efficiency calculated.
