CHARACTERISTIC FEATURES OF THE STAGE OF PLANNING THE PROJECT OF THE TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN SERVICING ENTERPRISES IN THE RETAIL SECTOR

Abstract

The article discusses the stage of planning the project of the transport management system in servicing retail enterprises. The main purpose of the study is to describe the characteristic features of the planning stage of the project of the transport management system in servicing enterprises in the retail sector. It is stated that the retail sector significantly depends on the establishment of transport services for retail outlets. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and available practical and methodological materials on the subject The study substantiates the importance of taking into account the characteristic features of the planning stage in the development of a project of a transport management system for servicing enterprises in the retail sector . The four steps of the project planning stage are defined and thoroughly described: within the framework of the first step, an iterative model of project development is adopted and its planning processes are selected, the processes of forming the project backlog, managing the project backlog, planning releases and the next sprint are implemented; As part of the second step, the project of the transport management system as a two-tier web application is planned, a plan for the involvement of specialists in the development of the project is developed; within the third step – a plan of releases and iterations is developed, the cost of designing (developing) a transport management system project is calculated; As part of the fourth step, it is planned to test the transport management system. It is stated that the described steps of the project planning stage are recommendations for designers. It is indicated that depending on which trade network will be served by means of transport, the content of the description of a particular step of the planning stage may be changed and supplemented. It is noted that the defined steps can be considered a model for the developers of the project of a transport management system when servicing enterprises in the retail sector. It is recommended to use the planning the project of a transport management system for servicing retail enterprises as a typical for the development of similar projects for transport services for various groups of customers.
