Abstract

The article examines the planning of strategic management of organizations and health care institutions in modern conditions. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that ensuring the work of organizations, health care institutions requires the introduction of effective and modern management actions, the main of which are the strategic management of the health care institution, the improvement of processes and mechanisms of staffing and the introduction of new mechanisms and methods for improving the quality of medical services. At the same time, special attention and importance are paid to the tasks of strategic management, since such strategic planning ensures the use of new approaches to the management of modern health care facilities.  All this determines the relevance and importance of the study of the conceptual foundations of planning the strategic management of organizations and health care institutions in modern conditions. The aim of the article is to study the planning of strategic management of organizations, health care institutions in modern conditions. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis and synthesis, observation, comparison; system approach, process, complex, functional, logical-dialectical methodological approaches. The obtained scientific results consist in the study of planning of strategic management of organizations, health care institutions in modern conditions and determination of the order of actions in strategic planning, which includes: implementation of strategic analysis of the determination of external and internal factors of influence; determination of the strategic goal and strategic goals, substantiation of the main strategic directions of development of the health care institution; planning and development of strategic plans and the budget necessary for the implementation of these strategic plans; formation of a system of monitoring and control over the implementation of the developed and adopted strategic management decisions in accordance with the adopted strategic plan. Prospects for further research are to substantiate a model for monitoring the implementation of the development strategy of a health care institution, which makes it possible to determine the relevance of certain strategic goals and a strategic development plan, as well as to effectively and timely redistribute resources and budget for the implementation of planned activities and, if necessary, adjust the implementation of the plan in time and between executors.
