INTERNATIONAL INDEXES OF INNOVATION AS ONE OF THE INDICATORS OF THE LEVEL OF DIGITAL MATURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The need to evaluate the innovative development of the enterprise system requires a new approach to scientific and methodological support. In particular, it is important to focus on improving evaluation methods that reflect not only the number of introduced innovations, but also their impact on the effectiveness of digitalization of enterprises. The author considered the integrated assessment of the state of development of innovative systems, which is used at the international level, which determined the relevance of the study. The purpose of the work is to consider international indices of innovativeness as indicators of the level of digital maturity of the enterprise. General research methods of analysis and synthesis, methods of quantitative and qualitative assessment, systemic, structural and other scientific approaches were used to conduct the research. As a result of the conducted research, the Global Innovation Index (Global Innovation Index) was analyzed, which takes into account various indicators, such as scientific research, infrastructure, technology development, the efficiency of the business environment, and others. Also considered are such important ratings as the Bloomberg Innovation Development Index, the Global Competitiveness Index, the European Innovation Scoreboard Innovation Index and the Global Talent Competitiveness Index, which also provide a comprehensive assessment of the country's innovation potential. The main functions, indicators and target purpose of each of the considered indices are presented, and the indices for Ukraine are considered. Analysis of the global Innovation Index for the period from 2017 to 2022 indicates a number of trends and dynamics of indicators in various areas, which may be related to changes in the economy and innovation environment of Ukraine. In the analysis of the dynamics of Ukraine's ratings for 2015-2022 according to four key approaches to the assessment of innovative capacity, it is noted that, despite the country's modest position in the global innovation space, a certain tendency towards improvement is observed. It is proposed to consider aspects of the impact of the use of Internet technologies on the innovative and digital development of industrial enterprises.
