RESEARCH OF THE ESSENCE OF THE INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUBGROUND OF THE FORMATION OF AN ADAPTIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the information and analytical subground for the formation of an adaptive enterprise development strategy. The object of the study is the strategic development of such open socio-economic systems as enterprises operating in a very dynamic external environment. To achieve our goals, we used modern theoretical and scientific methods, in particular: analysis, synthesis, graphic, abstract logical and deduction. The proposed methods made possible the effectiveness of the research conducted regarding the essence of the information and analytical subground for the formation of an adaptive enterprise development strategy. It is substantiated that information in an enterprise is not only a tool for achieving goals, but also a resource for development. That is why the question of studying the essence of the information and analytical subground for the formation of an adaptive development strategy for an enterprise acquires significant relevance. A logical scheme of information and analytical support for the formation of an adaptive enterprise development strategy has been formed. It has been proven that the elements presented in the diagram must be in a clear relationship and in their totality form an internally integrated structure. An expert assessment of the place of information and analytical support in the formation of an adaptive enterprise development strategy was carried out. It has been proven that such open socio-economic systems as enterprises are not able to effectively adapt under the pressure of changes in the dynamics of the external environment without operational information and analytical support. It has been established that the information and analytical subground for the formation of an adaptive development strategy for an enterprise should be understood as the process of providing information resources to the management of this type of socio-economic system and satisfying all the information and data needs of the subjects of the implementation of this type of strategy. The main modern threats to the formation of appropriate information and analytical subground for the adaptive development strategy of enterprises are identified. Prospects for further research should be devoted not only to information and analytical support, but also to countering threats, which occupy a key place in the adaptation approach to the formation of an enterprise development strategy.
