CONCEPTUALIZATION OF CURRENT DIRECTIONS OF ECONOMIC RECOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article explores the issue of conceptualization of current directions of economic recovery and development of industrial enterprises. The formed and proposed conceptual vision of the restoration of Ukrainian industry on the basis of the introduction of new technologies substantiates the main conceptual aspects and principles of the formation and implementation of the processes of development of domestic industry, determines the purpose, main goals, principles of formation and development of domestic industry, takes into account the features and characteristics of its current state.  It was revealed that the goals of economic recovery and development of industry are: technical and technological renewal of production capacities of the national industry based on innovative digital technologies; innovative development of development and creation of new technologies necessary to ensure the development of industry; investment support, attracting investments in modernization processes; creation and development of new high-tech industries and industries; growth of competitiveness and efficiency of domestic industry; development of small  businesses with active involvement in the processes of development and implementation of information technologies for research, development of modern production; realization of human intellectual potential, effective use of human resources with an increase in their quality and socio-economic level. The main directions of industrial development are determined: improvement of the institutional basis for the development of Ukrainian industry; formation of the regulatory and legal basis for the development of industry; activation of innovative development and development of new technologies in Ukraine; stimulating investment support for the introduction of innovations in the industry of Ukraine; development of the digital economy and the introduction of digital technologies in industry; growth of intellectual potential and quality of staffing of the country's industry; development of innovative, investment infrastructure for ensuring the processes of development of Ukrainian industry in the context of the transition to technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. An important component of the concept is the recognition of the need to harmonize the processes of technical and technological development of Ukrainian industry and integration with the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and "Industry 4.0" in the world.
