METHODOLOGY OF TRAINING ADMINISTRATORS OF IT-ADMINISTRATION BODIES OF THE UNIFIED STATE RESERVES REGISTER

Abstract

The article based on the analysis of the existing methodological apparatus, taking into account the requirements of legal acts, the current state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and relevant professional competencies there was developed a Methodology of Training Administrators of IT-Administration Bodies of the Automated Information And Analytical System of the Unified State Reserves Register "Oberig". The work is based on the current Methodology of Training Operators of the Unified State Reserves Register of district (city) military commissariats, which is based on a combination of studying the process of documenting military accounting of conscripts with obtaining practical skills in specialized software automated information and telecommunications system "Oberig". The purpose of this article is to develop a methodology for training administrators of USRE administration.  This system introduced the study of the functionality of the administration of the automated system at the level of regional military commissariats and directorates of operational commands. At the same time, the peculiarities of the Methodology of conducting classes with the administrators of the Unified State Reserves Register are the combination of explanatory-lecture and reproductive methods. This Methodology provides an opportunity in a short time to carry out quality training of administrators of IT-administration bodies of the Unified State Reserves Register to acquire skills and abilities in accordance with certain professional competencies sufficient for the practical performance of their functional duties. The obtained research results can be used in the development of a standard of individual professional training of administrators of the IT-administration bodies of the Unified State Reserves Register.
