Quality improvement largely determines the survival of the enterprise in the market, the pace of scientific and technological progress, improving production efficiency, saving all types of resources used in the enterprise. The strong impetus for acquiring quality knowledge and establishing quality management systems at enterprises has been the adoption of international ISO 9000 standards that describe quality management models for businesses, organizations and institutions in any field of activity.
