Conceptual model of psychological peculiarities of the job specification of the of activity of banking professionals

Abstract

The article presents the actual problems of the banking sector as a whole, as well as the author’s conceptual model of the psychological peculiarities of activity of banking industry professionals who interact directly with clients. The developed model includes the main factors of infl uence on the activity, the theoretical
and methodological basis of the research, the main methods and types of job specifi cation, the scheme of system of job specifi cation and the requirements for the professionally important qualities of banking professionals by the components.
