CREATING A REVITALIZATION CONCEPT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE IN THE AGE OF DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

In today’s world, digitalization is crucial for virtually every social or economical activity. It’s a true creator of values that transforms economy, society, government and more. This trend is irreversible, and in ten years digitalization will become even more important to the society and economy around the world than it is now. A concept of revitalization is the main digitalization component for an agricultural enterprise. It depends on financial business model and determines the operation of the production system as well as the directions of financial flows in agricultural enterprises and socio-economic processes of transformation, opportunities for their purposeful creation and use. Theoretical principles and research have been brought to the level of specific stages, concepts and proposals for improving the management process in an agricultural enterprise. Developing a revitalization concept for an agricultural enterprise, which functions exclusively at certain stages of the revitalization: production system diagnostics, evaluation of its parameters for compliance with previously established (new) targets, evaluation of the internal reserves, assessment of the external influence, determining the potential of an agricultural enterprise, setting new targets, justification and resource support for the strategic goals of revitalization, creating organizational mechanisms to implement strategic revitalization, developing benchmarks and control procedures, motivating staff, developing mechanisms to neutralize the counteract to internal change, social transformation in an agricultural enterprise, organizational changes in an agricultural enterprise, technological changes in an agricultural enterprise, technical changes in an agricultural enterprise, financial changes in an agricultural enterprise, determining the inconsistency of the existing business model with the new business conditions, creating a new business model (revitalizing business model), coordinating and implementing revitalizing business model, adjusting the parameters of a business model, evaluating the parameters of a business model, identifying deviations and developing corrective measures that will help owners and managers solve any problems associated with the process quickly and efficiently.
