IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF MANAGEMENT BY THE ENTERPRISE, AS A MEANS OF PROVIDING EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In the conditions of formation of market relations in Ukraine, the enterprise's ability to adapt to the new conditions of management becomes of great importance. It puts forward the solution to the tasks of ensuring organizational and economic stability and competitiveness of the enterprise in a constantly changing environment, especially in the course of economic reforms. When you find efficiency, you need to compare the expected value of what is to be expected, with the expected value of what will be lost. Currently, in many enterprises there is an ineffective use of production potential, which indicates the low efficiency of production in virtually all sectors of the Ukrainian economy. In turn, this is the result of low demand for manufactured products, that is, in fact, production produced in Ukrainian enterprises is uncompetitive. High cost, low quality - from the cause of lack of demand. Efficiency is always associated with the ratio of the value of the result to the value of costs and may change with the change in estimates. Therefore, for any enterprise criterion of efficiency is an increase in all that represents for him the value in the present or future, that is, increase in wealth. The key to the success of any company's activity lies in the continuous increase in the efficiency of production, systematic analysis of production activities, the development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of production. At the enterprise level, the form of a single criterion for the effectiveness of its activities can be maximization of profit. The efficiency of production finds a concrete quantitative expression in the interconnected system of indicators, characterizing the effectiveness of the use of the main elements of the production process. The problem of production efficiency has always been an important part of the actual problems of economic science. Its interest arises at different levels of management of the economy - from the owners of the private enterprise to the leaders of the state.
