INCLUSIVE URBAN TRANSFORMATION AND THE CREATIVE ECONOMY AS A MECHANISM FOR OVERCOMING PROPERTY INEQUALITY IN UKRAINE

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of inclusive urban transformation and the development of the creative economy as a mechanism for overcoming wealth inequality in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical justification and develop the conceptual foundations of inclusive urban transformation in the context of the development of the creative economy as a tool for reducing wealth inequality in Ukraine. The article employs the following research methods: methods of systemic and structural-functional analysis; the method of generalization and scientific abstraction; economic and statistical methods; institutional and interdisciplinary approaches; and artificial intelligence tools. It has been demonstrated that inclusive urban transformation creates the conditions for expanding economic opportunities for the population, stimulating entrepreneurship, increasing employment, and reducing wealth inequality. Scientific approaches to interpreting the relationship between urban development, creative industries, and socially oriented economic mechanisms are summarized. Conceptual approaches are proposed for integrating inclusive urban policy, the development of creative industries, and socially oriented economic mechanisms aimed at ensuring the balanced and sustainable development of urban areas. An inclusive model of urban development has been formulated, combining the innovative potential of the creative economy, the social orientation of economic mechanisms, and the principles of sustainable urban development. A model of the interaction between urbanization, digitalization, and wealth inequality has been constructed, allowing for the identification of key channels through which contemporary transformational processes influence the socio-economic structure of the urban environment. Tools for overcoming wealth inequality in an urbanized digital economy have been systematized, and the role of the creative economy in shaping new economic opportunities for the population has been revealed. Prospects for further research involve an in-depth analysis of mechanisms for integrating the creative economy into urban development strategies, as well as the development of methodological approaches to assessing the impact of creative industries on reducing wealth inequality.
