SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES, THEIR PRODUCTION PROCESSES USING MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF MANAGEMENT, INNOVATION, DIGITALIZATION

Abstract

The article studies the scientific and practical aspects of management of enterprises by their production processes using modern technologies of management, innovation, digitalization. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that in the conditions of modern economic crises and a high level of market, economic uncertainty, the destructive impact of external factors on the organization and implementation of financial, economic, production activities of enterprises, the increase in the efficiency of management and the use of all available resources, the potential of the enterprise, the development and implementation of innovations and the transition to the active implementation of innovative digital technologies provide enterprises with opportunities for survival and ensure further development. The article is aimed at studying the scientific and practical aspects of managing enterprises, their production processes using modern technologies of management, innovation, digitalization. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction, observation, systemic, problem-oriented, socio-value, complex, technological, project and other scientific approaches. The scientific results obtained consist in substantiating the feasibility of applying new modern management technologies in the management of enterprises, production processes by personnel, which include technologies of benchmarking, grading, sociometry, engineering of business processes and reengineering of business processes, the controlling application of which provides an opportunity for effective flexible adapted management of production, logistics, marketing, financial activities or implementation of innovation and investment projects and programs and in general for the implementation of management and ensuring the most optimization of costs of all available financial, human, technological resources, resources of time reducing costs and increasing the efficiency and profitability of the enterprise. Prospects for further research lie in the expediency of a detailed consideration of modern management technologies such as engineering, reengineering, controlling in the aspects of their practical application in the management of enterprises and the development and implementation of their production activities.
