JUSTIFICATION OF THE STRATEGY FOR MANAGING THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE USE OF NEW DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

The article studies the issue of substantiating the strategy of management of production processes of an enterprise based on the use of new digital technologies.
The relevance of the topic of the study is determined by the fact that the justification and determination of priority strategic directions for the enterprise is an important management task, which should be solved by managers and managers of the enterprise at the highest strategic level of management. However, the choice of decisions that will be made and the chosen directions will depend on what actions for planning the organization and implementation of activities will actually be performed, in which areas it will be carried out functioning, whether they will be effective and profitable for the activity of the enterprise and able to ensure its stability and development.
The article is aimed at studying the issue of substantiating the strategy of management of production processes of the enterprise based on the use of new digital technologies.
The methodological basis of the study was the methods of scientific knowledge: analysis and synthesis, comparison; as well as process, systemic, dynamic, functional, quantitative, qualitative scientific approaches.
The obtained scientific results consist in substantiating the strategy of management of production processes of the enterprise based on the use of new digital technologies, which provides for long-term planning of strategic goals in such key areas as: increasing the efficiency of production activities of the enterprise; increasing the quality of production processes and products of the enterprise; introduction of innovations and the formation of competitive advantages; development of personnel and knowledge management, the implementation of which provides the enterprise with the opportunity to improve operational activities, competitiveness and ensure effective development in the long term.
It has been revealed that the justification and implementation of the strategy for managing the production processes of the enterprise based on the use of new digital technologies requires an integrated approach, which includes a set of actions and measures, analysis of the current technical, technological and economic state of the enterprise, development of strategic directions of goals and objectives and their implementation within the framework of long-term strategic planning.
Prospects for further research lie in the expediency of further consideration and justification of the issue of improving the management system and the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for the introduction of digitalization of management of production processes of the enterprise on the basis of new digital technologies with the widespread use of modern methods, tools, management tools in order to improve, optimize, increase competitiveness and efficiency of production activities Enterprise.
