ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES IN UKRAINE AND IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issues of digital transformation of business entities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the experience of developing digital transformation of business entities in Ukraine and in European countries. The methodological basis of the study is the general scientific methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison, trend analysis, which allowed systematization of scientific approaches to generalizing the experience of digital transformation of business entities. The results of the study show that the process of digitalization in different countries is developing at different rates. Digitalization increases the efficiency of business processes and business communications, accelerates information processing, which contributes to more informed decision-making. However, digitalization brings both advantages and challenges to business entities, increasing economic inequality and increasing requirements for personnel qualifications. Digitalization of business processes at enterprises in European countries is marked by a wider implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The use of AI technologies in the activities of enterprises is quite expensive and requires the involvement of qualified specialists, so large enterprises have more opportunities to apply these technologies compared to medium and small enterprises, which creates economic inequality. The main areas of focus of domestic business entities when forming modern business strategies based on the implementation of foreign experience are highlighted: increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises through the digital transformation of business processes, introducing AI technologies into business processes, improving communication strategies, and expanding business ties based on the use of digital tools.

The conducted research emphasizes the need to study foreign experience in the digital transformation of business entities and implement it at domestic enterprises. The results of the work can be useful for the administrative apparatus of business entities and for the formation of state policy for the digital development of enterprises.
