PRIORITY DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF BANKS

Abstract

The article studies the issues of substantiation of priority directions for improving the management of information and analytical support of the system of economic security of banks.

The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that information and analytical support, its efficiency, completeness and timeliness are important in ensuring the economic security of banking institutions. Information is the main resource that provides further opportunities for analyzing and assessing hazards, threats and risks, identifying the impact of factors in the internal and external environments of the bank.

The article is aimed at substantiating the priority areas of improving the management of information and analytical support of the system of economic security of banks. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of scientific cognition: analysis and synthesis, system approach, functional, structural, process, complex and other scientific approaches.

The scientific results obtained consist in substantiating the priority areas of management: organizational, personnel and competency, technical and technological, digital, the implementation of which will make it possible to develop or improve the information and analytical support of the economic security system and provide an opportunity for better justification and management decision-making at all levels of management, will contribute to reducing the level of risks and uncertainty in the bank's activities and in its structural subdivisions.

Prospects for further research lie in the expediency of further detailed consideration of the goals and objectives of priority areas for improving the management of information and analytical support of the system of economic security of banks, since information and analytical support not only provides collection and analytical processing of information on security issues, it provides opportunities for planning and implementation of preventive actions to neutralize, protect against dangers and risks and provides increase in the efficiency of managerial activities.
