The article provides a comprehensive analysis of mediation tools and techniques that can be effectively applied to resolving labor conflicts to enhance productivity and optimize work processes. The main areas of research include facilitation techniques such as active listening, empathetic perception, and the use of open-ended questions to create a favorable environment for discussion. Significant attention is also paid to communication techniques, such as neutral paraphrasing, structured dialogue, and overcoming communication barriers, which help conflicting parties better understand each other and reach a compromise. A particular focus is placed on emotion management techniques, including methods for developing emotional resilience, empathy, and support, which reduce tension during conflicts and ensure a more constructive approach to their resolution. The article also analyzes how these tools can positively impact corporate culture, fostering an atmosphere of trust and support that, in turn, reduces employee turnover and improves overall job satisfaction. In addition, the authors emphasize the importance of integrating innovative mediation practices into strategic HR processes to enhance communication efficiency and strengthen workplace relationships in both large and small teams. The study's results demonstrate a significant impact of mediation techniques on improving work process efficiency by reducing workplace conflict. Recommendations for HR professionals and personnel managers include advice on integrating mediation approaches into corporate conflict management policies. The article will be useful for researchers and practitioners in management seeking to improve the working environment and enhance organizational performance through modern mediation methods.
