Abstract

The purpose of the article is to highlight trends and innovations in the development of corporate human capital under the influence of digitalization and assessing the effectiveness of these innovations, summarizing experience, analyze challenges and searching for opportunities for companies operating in the field of intellectual (in particular, consulting) services. To achieve this goal, the authors used the following research methods: abstract and logical, deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, ROI analysis, dialectical method and methods of theoretical generalization. Corporate human capital is defined as the aggregate qualifications and professional competencies of all employees of the enterprise, as well as the company's achievements in the effective organization of labor and personnel development. The development of corporate human capital is studied not just as corporate training, but as a much more complex process of providing and expanding educational opportunities for the development of knowledge, skills, and competencies of employees within the organization or corporation, including motivation and allocation of working time for this purpose, as a specific type of strategic management aimed at improving the professional knowledge and competences of employees in order to increase the company`s productivity, efficiency, reputation and competitiveness. The main attention is paid to the study of the impact of digitalization on the development of corporate human capital. It is shown that the current state of corporate training is characterized by the integration of technologies and the flexibility provided by digitalization. Organizations use digital platforms and distance learning methods to provide employees with convenient and interesting learning content. It has been established that technology will continue to play a key role in the formation of corporate human capital. Using the latest technology and personalized learning experiences, organizations are providing their employees with ample opportunities to acquire new skills and increase productivity. This stimulates innovation, improves business results, and helps organizations remain competitive in a dynamic market. The analysis of investment in corporate human capital development by the "Big Four" consulting companies showed that companies actively support digitization in educational processes, the return on investment is high, and investment in corporate human capital development is a trend of the future. With these trends in corporate human capital development, organizations have the opportunity to develop a culture of continuous learning. By motivating continuous development, organizations create an environment in which employees are interested in constantly acquiring new knowledge, improving their skills and creating innovations.
