METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF ENHANCING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF FOOD SAFETY

Abstract

At the present stage of social development, people's life in a civilized world is constantly accompanied by diverse challenges and threats that constantly challenge humanity to find reliable and effective ways and means of reducing and mitigating their impact, both on existing global conflicts, disasters and cataclysms, and on their prevention and preventive prevention. The problem of economic security in the context of further globalization becomes the status of the highest priority in public policy. It has an exceptional significance in the argumentation of political decisions. The scientific and conceptual principles of economic security ensure the formation of appropriate policies at the level of the state or subjects of lower organizational levels. The system of ensuring economic security involves the continuous monitoring of socio-economic processes in terms of their impact on the state of economic security, the assessment of these positions strategic programs, regulations, as well as an analysis of the effectiveness of current decisions in the field of economic policy. Since the security of the state in all its forms is realized through appropriate state financing, the basis of which is the internal gross product, the most important component of it is economic security. It is characterized by such a state of the national economy, which makes it possible to maintain resilience to internal and external threats, ensures the state's competitiveness, its independence from the external environment and economic welfare of the population. The question of the correspondence of the system of national security of Ukraine to the realities of the XXI century. remains unresolved both in scientific-theoretical and in practical-political aspects. The food security of the state is an overriding component of economic security, which in turn is part of national security. The history of the development of human society shows the constant relevance of food supply to the population. Over time, these problems undergo transformation, exacerbate certain contradictions, and, despite the significant global efforts of both individual states and international organizations, food security continues to be essential for both national and international security.
