THE ECONOMY OF IT SECTOR ENTERPRISES: ANALYSIS FEATURES

Abstract

The study is devoted to the scientific problem the features of the economic analysis of enterprises in the IT sector of the national economy. Since the IT sector plays an important role as the engine of the Ukrainian economy, and the organization of enterprises in the sector has certain features, in the author's opinion, the tools of economic analysis should also have features. The purpose of the article is to determine those specific features that are inherent in the IT sector and the economic activity of IT enterprises, to substantiate appropriate changes in economic analysis. The author emphasizes the need to use behavioral analysis tools for a real assessment of the economic activity of enterprises and for the formation of realistic predictions. At the same time, it is not excluded that behavioral analysis methods should be combined with traditional methods, forming a system of modern tools of economic analysis. As a result of the study, those accents (directions) of behavioral analysis of the economic activity of enterprises in the IT sector that are most lacking in modern Ukrainian conditions for making informed decisions regarding the development of the IT sector have been formulated. The article uses such methods as content analysis of texts of works devoted to the theory of special innovative sectors of the economy and their impact on overall economic growth, statistical analysis of indicators characterizing the contribution of the IT sector to the development of the national economy, research into the content of behavioral analysis methods and the results of using one of the most effective - the Advanter Group assessment.
