MECHANISM OF VENTURE FINANCING OF PROJECTS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION SUPPORT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE FIELD OF IT, BUSINESS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE RECOVERY ECONOMY

Abstract

The article studies  the mechanisms of venture financing of projects in the management of investment and innovation support of enterprises in the field of IT, business, in the conditions of the recovery economy.

The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that the current state of enterprises and the need to introduce the processes of their development, update on the basis of the implementation of projects for the introduction of new technologies and innovations requires significant investment resources, which are not enough in Ukraine today. The experience of the leading countries of the world shows that the most effective investors in the innovative development of the national economy can be domestic investors - legal and individuals. That is why the issue of formation and implementation of mechanisms for venture financing of projects in the management of investment and innovation support of IT enterprises, business, in the conditions of the recovery economy is of priority and importance.

The article is aimed at studying the mechanism of venture financing of projects in the management of investment and innovation support of IT enterprises, business, in the conditions of the recovery economy. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of scientific cognition: analysis and synthesis, system approach, structural, process, adaptive, complex, functional scientific approaches.

The scientific results obtained consist in substantiating the mechanism  for the introduction of venture financing of projects in the management of investment and innovation support of enterprises in the field of IT, business, in the conditions of the recovery economy,  identifying that this mechanism is a fundamental economic tool that is effectively used for the introduction of innovations and the implementation of projects and studying the essence of this mechanism, which consists in the accumulation of financial resources, selection of innovative projects for further financing, direction of placement of venture investments and control over the timeliness and completeness of return on investments. It has been revealed that the introduction of mechanisms for venture financing of innovative projects aimed at the development of enterprises in the context of the recovery economy and digitalization, the introduction of new digital technologies has certain differences from the general mechanism of venture financing, related, as already noted, to the factors of creation and implementation of radically new technologies that have a long payback period at the micro level of enterprises and are both tangible and intangible assets enterprises, which reduces risks and increases the payback period of these investments and brings enterprises to a new technical and technological level, and therefore is of priority importance in the context of economic recovery. 

Prospects for further research lie in the expediency of a detailed consideration  of the components of the mechanism of venture financing of investment and innovation activities, levers of stimulation and regulation of activities and the establishment of modern methods and management tools, which are integral elements of the mechanism of venture financing.
