Abstract

The article is devoted to the teams creativity activation. The author raises questions upon the organization of team creative work to solve business problems, development and prosperity of the business. The urgency of this article is to answer important and significant questions that concern the modern business man and help to find out what changes socioeconomic conditions of life require and from which outdated methods, which apply in the management of personnel and innovations, need to be ruthlessly ridged. Equally relevant are the questions of the psychology of team members and the adequate distribution of roles and functions between them and the formation of an innovative organizational climate that would help to increase the productivity and effectiveness of any team in the organization or at the enterprise regardless of the type and volume of business. Based on a detailed study of the development of management theory and practice, and taking into account the current trends in the development of managers, the author emphasized the importance of using such tools for activating the creative potential of teams as identifying key incentives, leading motives, and the purpose of employee programs, creating conditions for the emergence of an innovative organizational climate, and the successful elimination of obstacles that prevent employees from freely creating and expressing ideas and using their own to the potential in the process of work. As a result of the processed data, researches and analysis of the advice of international and domestic leading experts, and also based on own rich experience in the field of self-management, the author answers the actual inquiries present, reveals ways of solving problems that concern managers of this sphere, and also gives practical recommendations for the successful teams creativity activation.
