The relevance of the topic is обусловлена by increasing competition, digitalization of business processes, instability of the market environment, and growing requirements for the efficiency of logistics and sales activities. It has been determined that the personnel of distributor enterprises ensure the coordination of trade, logistics, warehouse, and service processes; therefore, the effectiveness of human resource management directly affects the performance results of the enterprise. The necessity of applying a controlling approach as a tool for information and analytical support of managerial decision-making in the field of HR management has been substantiated. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop a controlling mechanism for diagnosing the personnel management system of distributor enterprises. In the course of the study, scientific approaches to understanding the essence of personnel controlling and HR analytics were generalized. It was established that traditional methods of personnel evaluation are often fragmented and do not allow for a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between personnel decisions and the effectiveness of logistics and sales processes. The specifics of the personnel management system of distributor enterprises were identified, consisting in the high dependence of operational results on the coordination of employees from different functional divisions. A system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management has been proposed, covering staffing support, personnel turnover, labor productivity, personnel costs, training and development, motivation, as well as logistics, sales, and digital-analytical indicators. The stages of implementing the controlling mechanism for diagnostics have been formed, including defining the goals and scope of diagnostics, creating an information base, analytical assessment, identification of personnel risks, development of managerial recommendations, and monitoring of results. It has been proven that the proposed mechanism ensures the transition from episodic personnel evaluation to systematic monitoring of HR processes and increases the validity of managerial decisions. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for diagnosing the personnel management system of distributor enterprises based on the integration of HR indicators with logistics, sales, and operational indicators. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed mechanism to improve the effectiveness of personnel policy, optimize HR processes, and ensure the efficiency of distributor enterprises.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1254INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES THROUGH TEAMWORK MANAGEMENT AS A DIRECTION OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN IT PROJECTS2026-05-14T13:01:32+03:00Marta Kopytkomarta_kernytska@ukr.net
The article examines the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of team management in IT projects as an important factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The main types and methods of team management in IT projects are generalized, including traditional and agile approaches (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Management 3.0). In addition, the study analyzes personnel management issues in the field of information technology that arise due to the rapid pace of digitalization, globalization, remote work formats, and the increasing complexity of projects. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of team management in IT projects and to develop practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of project team interaction in the digital environment, thereby increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result of the study, a model of the team management process in IT projects was developed, reflecting the cyclical and adaptive nature of managerial activity and integrating the following stages: planning, team formation, organization of work processes, development of participants’ competencies, analysis of results, and adjustment of managerial decisions, taking into account the individual characteristics of team members and group interaction. It is demonstrated that effective team performance has a direct impact on enterprise competitiveness, as it ensures the rational use of human capital, increases the speed and quality of decision-making, promotes innovation activity and enterprise adaptability to changes in the external environment, improves the quality of products and services, and creates sustainable competitive advantages in the market. Based on the obtained results, a model of the impact of team management on the level of enterprise competitiveness is proposed. This model enables a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between managerial, innovative, and economic effects of team activities, taking into account both internal enterprise processes and external market conditions. The proposed model can be applied to improve team management systems in IT projects, optimize organizational processes, foster human potential development, and enhance the strategic efficiency of enterprises in the digital economy. Prospects for further research should be associated with the empirical verification of the proposed model based on data from IT enterprises, the quantitative assessment of the impact of individual team management elements on competitiveness indicators, and the study of specific features of managing distributed and multicultural teams.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1221DETERMINATION OF PRIORITY DIRECTIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LOGISTICS POTENTIAL OF ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION COMPANIES2026-05-19T11:00:29+03:00Oleksandr SumetsSumets@krok.edu.ua
The efficiency of the management of power transmission companies largely depends on the organization of logistics and the level of logistics potential. Logistics potential is defined as the ability of a company to perform logistics operations and processes on time with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. To achieve such a result, it is extremely important for companies to establish priority areas for the implementation of logistics potential when performing both project tasks and restoration work. Determining such priorities will enable power transmission companies to optimize both resources and efforts in solving the tasks set. Therefore, the relevance of determining priority areas for the implementation of logistics potential for domestic power transmission companies at this point in time is beyond doubt. The purpose of the article: to determine priority areas for the implementation of logistics potential of power transmission companies, which will enable them to optimize efforts and resources in the overall management process. In order to ensure the quality of the research results, the following scientific methods were used: abstract-logical - for a thorough analysis of the problem and generalization of the research results, expert survey - to establish priority areas for the implementation of the logistics potential of domestic power transmission companies. Results. It is determined that logistics risks should be understood as a set of risks associated with the manifestation of uncertainty in the logistics system. This uncertainty is characterized by the probability of events that hinder the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective movement of material flows and cause deviations from the enterprise’s strategic and operational goals. Marketing risks are defined as a form of uncertainty in the enterprise’s marketing activities, characterized by the probability of events that impede the achievement of marketing and strategic objectives, cause financial losses, and weaken the enterprise’s competitive position in target markets. The study of the essence and specific manifestations of logistics and marketing risks allows us to assert their complex, hierarchical, and cascading nature. This nature is determined by the following common features: a shared nature of uncertainty that generates their occurrence; mutual causality; belonging to the same sphere of business processes (both types of risks arise in the “producer-consumer” chain); a common object of influence – customer value; a single (shared) environment of realization – the market; the external nature of influence (both types of risks depend on the external environment and the disposition of its factors); a common information base for management; commonality of financial consequences from their realization; the need for integrated management; and a shared system for minimizing marketing and logistics risks within the overall economic risk management system of the enterprise. These common aspects indicate the necessity of moving away from the traditional functionally fragmented (siloed) approach to managing logistics and marketing risks and implementing a compliance-based approach to managing these types of risks. In the context of logistics and marketing risks, compliance goes beyond purely regulatory compliance and transforms into an integrative strategic risk-compliance approach, the purpose of which is not only to avoid sanctions and fines, but also to systematically ensure the resilience of business processes in the “producer-consumer” chain.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1268PROFESSIONAL PARADIGM AND THE “SELF-CONCEPT” OF A CAREER CONSULTANT IN THE CONTEXT OF GENERATION ALPHA’S DEMANDS2026-05-19T11:18:21+03:00Zlata Тiahunova baffy.sxema@gmail.comLiudmyla Shymanovska-Dianysh ludad584658@ukr.netOlena Kryvopyshyna elena-krivopishina@ukr.net
The article presents the results of a multidisciplinary study examining the transformation of the career consultant’s “self-concept” in response to the demands of Generation Alpha, against the backdrop of shifting consumption paradigms, the transition to a service-based economy, and global digitalization. The authors argue that the emergence of Generation Alpha, the rapid development of artificial intelligence, new consumption models, and the evolving architecture of the labor market are eroding traditional systems of professional motivation. Under these conditions, the role of the career consultant is transforming from a supplementary service into a critically important component of professional education and subsequent career development. The core problem lies in the mismatch between the traditional “self-concept” of the career consultant and the specific expectations of a new generation of clients, which necessitates a rethinking of professional identity and the development of new interaction models. The purpose of the article is to examine the tension between the capacity of the traditional paradigm of career counseling to adapt to the needs of Generation Alpha and the readiness of the consultant to transform their own “self-concept” in order to remain relevant. It is substantiated that traditional approaches to enterprise performance analysis, mainly focused on financial indicators, do not provide a comprehensive reflection of its ability to function, adapt, and develop in a turbulent environment. Based on the generalization of modern scientific approaches to crisis management, risk management, resilience, and strategic management, the necessity of developing a comprehensive toolkit for assessing enterprise viability as an integral characteristic of its condition is determined. It is established that existing methodological approaches are fragmented and focused on evaluating individual components, which limits the possibilities for a systemic diagnosis of enterprise performance. The aim of the article is to develop and substantiate a system of tools for assessing enterprise viability, taking into account the multidimensional nature of this concept. A theoretical and methodological approach is proposed, based on the identification of three interrelated dimensions: operational, recovery, and developmental. It is proved that their integration makes it possible to form a holistic view of the enterprise’s ability to ensure stable functioning, recover from crisis impacts, and realize its development potential. A system of indicators for assessing enterprise viability has been developed, combining financial and economic indicators (liquidity, profitability, asset turnover) with managerial indicators (level of reserves, revenue diversification, innovation activity, adaptability of business processes). The expediency of using such an approach to improve the validity of managerial decision-making is substantiated. The scientific novelty lies in the formation of an integrated system of indicators for assessing enterprise viability, structured according to three dimensions and focused on combining financial and non-financial indicators. Under these conditions, consumers seek to reduce the burden on attention, memory, and time; therefore, they more often rely on simple cues, repeated purchasing patterns, and technology-based prompts. The study aims to reveal cognitive economy as a behavioral mechanism that helps consumers make decisions more quickly, while also creating risks of impulsivity and dependence on an externally shaped choice environment. The object of the study is consumer behavior under conditions of information saturation, excessive choice, visual influence, service convenience, and digital automation of purchasing. The empirical basis consists of an anonymous online survey of 108 respondents, combining closed-ended Likert-scale questions with open-ended responses. The study applies analysis and synthesis, comparison, systematization, descriptive statistics, correlation and covariance analysis, and content analysis of respondents’ responses. The results show that color, packaging design, brand recognizability, and interface cues may operate as cognitive reference points, reducing choice time and strengthening subjective confidence in the decision. At the same time, these stimuli do not always promote rationality, as they may trigger impulsive purchases. The study also demonstrates that consumers attach considerable importance to delivery convenience, saving physical effort, automated services, and repeat purchases, especially when the choice process becomes complex or emotionally exhausting. The analysis of open-ended responses revealed that 65% of respondents associate freedom of choice primarily with independence, clarity, control, and the absence of intrusive influence, rather than merely with the number of available products. The practical value of the study lies in the potential to use its findings to help consumers assess marketing stimuli more critically and to guide businesses in developing convenient, structured, and ethically balanced solutions that simplify choice without manipulative influence.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1267IDENTIFICATION OF BARRIERS TO THE EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE2026-05-14T16:02:08+03:00Igor KovalchukKovalchukIS@krok.edu.uaOlga Orlova-Kurilovaorlovakov@krok.edu.ua
The article examines the barriers to the effective functioning of quality management systems of enterprises in Ukraine under conditions of wartime instability, energy constraints, logistics disruptions, labor shortages, stricter regulatory requirements, and the digital transformation of the business environment. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, under current conditions, quality management systems at many enterprises often function formally and do not ensure an adequate level of preventive quality management, process stability, or timely response to deviations. The aim of the article is to identify the barriers to the effective functioning of quality management systems of enterprises in Ukraine, to systematize and assess them, and to substantiate directions for their minimization. The methodological basis of the study includes methods of theoretical generalization, systematization, logical analysis, comparison, scientific abstraction, structuring, and score-based assessment. In the course of the study, the content of the concepts of “quality management,” “quality management system,” and “barrier to the functioning of a quality management system” was clarified, which made it possible to reveal the systemic nature of barriers as factors that distort or block the effective implementation of processes, procedures, decisions, and interrelations in the field of quality assurance. The expediency of dividing barriers into external and internal ones was established. External barriers include energy, logistics and supply, market and competitive, regulatory, financial and economic, technological, socio-demographic, and security-related barriers, whereas internal barriers cover organizational and managerial, process and technological, personnel and competency-related, economic and resource, information and analytical, cultural, communication and coordination, and control-related barriers. A priority score-based methodology for assessing barriers according to the criteria of impact, frequency of occurrence, and controllability is proposed, which makes it possible to determine the level of their managerial priority and link the assessment results with specific actions aimed at elimination, minimization, adaptation, or monitoring. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the development of generalized directions for responding to barriers depending on their nature and level of controllability. Traditional Agile frameworks evolved within environments characterized by periodic empirical adaptation and bounded feedback cycles. However, continuous telemetry generation, AI-assisted workflows and accelerated operational feedback fundamentally change organizational learning conditions. The purpose of the study is to analyze adaptation limitations embedded within major Agile transformation approaches and to position the Data-Empirical Agility Model (DEAM) as a synthesis architecture for continuous organizational adaptation. The research applies comparative conceptual analysis, systems thinking and Design Science Research positioning to examine Scrum, Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban Maturity Model, Evidence-Based Management, Agile Operating Model and Agile Product Operating Model. The analysis demonstrates that existing Agile approaches evolved through progressive specialization of adaptation capabilities related to coordination, governance, maturity progression and empirical measurement. Nevertheless, these mechanisms remain structurally fragmented under continuous sensing conditions. The study introduces the concept of adaptation capability fragmentation describing the structural separation of sensing, governance, measurement, coordination and organizational learning mechanisms across Agile transformation models. The paper further conceptualizes adaptation latency as the temporal gap between operational signal generation and coordinated organizational response. Within this context, DEAM is positioned not as a replacement framework, but as a synthesis architecture integrating continuous sensing, adaptive feedback loops and data-empirical organizational learning into coherent adaptive systems.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1277COMMUNICATIONS AS A FORM OF LEADERSHIP: THE ROLE OF MARKETING AND PR IN SHAPING MANAGERIAL DECISIONS AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR 2026-05-27T11:36:32+03:00Iryna MalaIrynaMB@krok.edu.ua
The article deepens the theoretical and conceptual substantiation of communications as a form of leadership under the conditions of digitalization, information overload, crisis sensitivity of society and the growing importance of trust in the interaction between an organization and its consumers. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that marketing, public relations and digital communications increasingly influence not only the promotion of goods and services, but also the logic of managerial decision-making, reputational resilience, audience behavior and the perception of organizational legitimacy. The purpose of the article is to clarify the content of communicative leadership as an integrative category that combines strategic communications, digital leadership, marketing communications and PR management. The article offers authorial definitions of “communicative leadership”, “digital leadership” and “digital environment” and critically compares existing scientific approaches to communicative influence. It is argued that the specificity of the proposed concept lies not in the mechanical expansion of marketing or PR functions, but in understanding communications as a mechanism that connects managerial intention, the value framework of the organization, consumer behavior and social trust. The study shows that marketing structures desirability and choice, PR provides trust and legitimacy, digital leadership creates a technologically mediated capacity for adaptation, while strategic communications ensure the coherence of meanings. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed framework to assess communications not only by reach, awareness or engagement indicators, but also by their impact on managerial consistency, reputational resilience, trust and consumer behavior. Theoretical foundations of traditional metrics (the product of probability and loss severity), contemporary statistical approaches (loss distribution modeling, Value at Risk) and a set of qualitative instruments (expert judgment, scenario analysis, root‑cause analysis, etc.) are considered, as well as their combinations within hybrid approaches for constructing a comprehensive risk profile of a financial institution. It is argued that the quantitative approach provides measurability and comparability of results but its applicability is constrained by the quality and sufficiency of historical data; the qualitative approach enables identification and assessment of specific risk events including non‑financial ones, but is inherently subjective; the hybrid approach combines the strengths of both, striking a balance between statistical precision and expert interpretation of results. The advantages and limitations of modern methods (LDA, VaR) are demonstrated, notably their capacity to quantify aggregate risk while offering limited direct support for decision‑making at the level of individual processes. The study concludes that effective operational risk management requires integration of quantitative, qualitative and hybrid approaches into the operational risk management framework: quantitative models provide a basis for measuring financial losses using historical data, qualitative methods fill gaps in historical records and reveal emerging risks, and hybrid approaches deliver consolidated, stakeholder‑comprehensible outputs that contextualize quantitative estimates within defined ranges. The paper recommends implementing integrated assessment practices, including data normalization and aggregation, model validation, sensitivity analysis and result visualization, to improve the quality of managerial decisions and enhance the resilience of financial institutions. Future research of operational risk assessment approaches in financial institutions should advance standardized approaches to data normalization and benchmarking, refine hybrid methodologies that balance statistical precision with expert interpretation, and conduct longitudinal studies on emerging risks and institutional resilience under geopolitical and technological transformation.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1259METHODS OF CREATIVE CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN PROJECTS2026-05-25T15:43:18+03:00Olena Danchenkoo.danchenko@ukr.netNataliya FedotovaFedotovaNO@krok.edu.ua
The article substantiates and develops two interrelated original methods of creative conflict management in projects: the “Compass 8D” method and the method of using a Conflict Management Scenario Bank. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing complexity of the contemporary project environment, the spread of hybrid work formats, the increasing intensity of team interaction, and the need to capture, systematize, and reuse knowledge generated in the course of conflict resolution. The article demonstrates that traditional approaches to conflict management do not fully take into account the process-based, creative, and knowledge-management-related aspects of conflict resolution in the contemporary project environment. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and develop original methods of creative conflict management in projects, as well as to determine their theoretical and practical significance for improving team interaction, accumulating and reusing conflict resolution experience, and advancing knowledge management practices in projects. The methodological basis of the study includes theoretical analysis and synthesis of scholarly works on conflict management, creative approaches to problem solving, the scenario approach, and knowledge management, as well as the application of process and scenario modeling. As a result of the study, the “Compass 8D” method is presented as a clearly structured process-based method of conflict management in a project, encompassing successive stages of understanding the conflict situation, analyzing its causes, searching for solutions, verifying them, implementing them, and evaluating the results. The study also presents the method of using a Conflict Management Scenario Bank as a means of accumulating, systematizing, preserving, and reusing conflict resolution experience in projects. This method is based on the sequence “conflict – solution – knowledge – scenario” and ensures the transformation of conflict resolution experience into systematized scenarios suitable for application in future projects. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the development of two interrelated original methods of creative conflict management in projects and in substantiating their unity as a coherent methodological system. The practical significance of the proposed methods lies in the fact that they provide project managers and teams with a structured toolkit for conflict resolution, for capturing acquired experience and for reusing it in subsequent project activities. The application of the “Compass 8D” method ensures a consistent sequence of actions in a conflict situation, while the method of using a Conflict Management Scenario Bank creates a foundation for the systematization, preservation, and repeated application of accumulated solutions within project knowledge management. The methodological basis of the study is formed by the simultaneous application of a systems approach, structural-resource analysis, elements of scenario modelling of managerial decisions, and energy management tools aimed at the consistent improvement of the energy performance of agricultural enterprises during the crisis of energy infrastructure caused by constant Russian military attacks on electricity generation facilities and transmission networks. On the basis of empirical data, the article substantiates the expediency of applying an adaptive energy management strategy, within which the management of scarce resources varies according to the basic, stressed, and crisis modes of operation of an agricultural enterprise. It is proven that the effectiveness of investments in variable-frequency motor control, automation of drying processes, thermal insulation of production infrastructure, digital dispatching, and load control systems is not limited to direct savings in energy resources, since such solutions simultaneously affect the stability of production processes, the reduction of operational risks, the minimization of agricultural product losses, and the reduction of demand for scarce resources, in particular technological energy. The combination of biogas plants, solar generation, hybrid modules, and energy storage systems is positioned in the study not as an instrument of absolute energy independence, but as a means of controlled autonomy of agricultural production and its ability to withstand existing energy risks. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach for the analytical support of investment decisions at agricultural enterprises of different scales and with different levels of access to scarce resources. These processes are particularly dynamic in the digital printing industry, where traditional printing companies are transitioning toward integrated digital platforms, Web-to-Print ecosystems, and service-oriented business models. The relevance of the study is determined by the insufficient scientific development of platform-based servitization as a comprehensive model of strategic transformation for digital printing enterprises in the context of the digital economy. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of platform-based servitization as a strategic transformation mechanism for companies operating in the digital printing industry. The object of the research includes digital transformation processes and service integration within platform-based printing ecosystems. The theoretical framework is based on the concepts of servitization, platform economy, ecosystem management, digital transformation, and data-driven governance. The study applies methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, structural-functional analysis, theoretical generalization, and strategic analysis. The article systematizes theoretical approaches to platform-based servitization and identifies key factors of strategic transformation in digital printing companies. The study demonstrates that the development of Web-to-Print platforms, cloud-based infrastructures, workflow automation, AI integration, and data-driven management creates a new operational model for printing enterprises in which digital services, network effects, platform scalability, and customer experience management become the main sources of competitive advantage. A conceptual model of strategic transformation for platform-based printing companies is proposed, integrating platform governance mechanisms, ecosystem orchestration, and digital business process management. The aim of this study is to systematically identify and evaluate key factors that shape the quality and improvement of IT products in product management. The object of the study is the process of IT product quality formation and improvement within product management. The methodological foundation of the study is based on the systematization, comparative analysis, and theoretical generalization of the factors influencing IT product quality and improvement. The study systematizes these factors into five interconnected groups: technical, marketing, economic, legal and regulatory, and socio-psychological. The results show that technical factors determine reliability, performance, and scalability; marketing factors shape positioning and customer alignment; economic factors define financial sustainability and resource allocation; legal and regulatory factors set compliance requirements and trust; socio-psychological factors affect perception, engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. The proposed matrix shows that one factor group may influence outcomes with different intensity, which helps product managers select priorities. The study illustrates the practical application of the matrix through the case of Weblium, a Ukrainian website builder, where factor analysis supported a product management decision to improve the visibility of website indexing status. Pharmaceutical distribution companies play a key role in establishing and maintaining uninterrupted supply chains of medicines from manufacturers to end consumers, which under martial law is accompanied by significant challenges and risks. Military actions have caused substantial transformations of the logistics environment, particularly through the destruction of transport and warehouse infrastructure, disruption of traditional supply routes, increased transportation risks, and shortages of fuel and energy resources. Therefore, scientifically and practically substantiated research into the functioning of pharmaceutical distributors’ logistics systems under martial law becomes increasingly relevant. The aim of the study is to conduct a systematic analysis of peculiarities of logistics systems functioning of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under martial law conditions and to substantiate directions for increasing their adaptability. The study applies a systemic approach, allowing the logistics system to be considered as a set of interconnected subsystems. Methods of analysis and synthesis were used to identify structural elements of the system, comparative analysis was applied to evaluate changes in logistics processes. The conducted study revealed that logistics systems of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under martial law are exposed to the comprehensive impact of destructive factors that have a systemic nature and affect both operational and supporting subsystems. It was determined that the key components most affected by these factors are the transportation, warehousing, and procurement subsystems, as well as the information, personnel, legal, and organizational-economic elements of the logistics system. The practical significance of the recommendations lies in the possibility of their application for improving the resilience and adaptability of logistics processes of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under martial law conditions. A comprehensive study of the concepts, characteristics, development and basic purpose of new types of diplomacy – public, digital, scientific, electronic and other types – was conducted. It was found that in scientific circles and in practice, different terms and definitions of new forms of modern diplomacy are used, but currently a single approach to defining these terms has not been developed among scientists. The main approaches of scientists and researchers to the disclosure of definitions of the above-mentioned concepts and the scope of their use are summarized in the table. The author's definition of the concepts of "digital diplomacy" and "energy diplomacy" is given. The author substantiates the position on the inexpediency (in the part of diplomacy) of using such phrases as “people’s diplomacy”, “military diplomacy”, “sports diplomacy”, “crisis diplomacy”, “megaphone diplomacy” and others in official documents, the use of which has an indirect place in the sphere of classical diplomatic cooperation. It is emphasized that digital diplomacy is one of the subspecies of public diplomacy, therefore, as a form of new public diplomacy, using the latest information and communication technologies and social networks, it contributes to the strengthening of diplomatic relations between countries. We concluded that it is necessary to update the criteria and competence requirements not only for candidates for diplomatic service positions, but also for current professional diplomats, especially for staffing the Foreign Service of Ukraine, which requires more detailed research. At the same time, the purpose of the work is to identify those special tools (methods) for assessing economic security that become relevant for the economy of a country in a state of protracted war. The theoretical basis of the study is the fundamental concepts of macroeconomic equilibrium, stability and national economic security. These concepts correspond to the algorithms for assessing the level of economic security based on macrofinancial imbalances used in the EU, as well as the algorithms for forming international competitiveness ratings. An important component of the theoretical basis of the study was the work of analysts of international organizations, scientific publications of Ukrainian and foreign authors on economic security issues, as well as official documents of the European Union and Ukraine. To substantiate the conclusions, the article analyzed the features of the application of the EU Macrofinancial Imbalances Scoreboard (MIP Scoreboard) and the features of constructing integral indices of economic security that were used in Ukraine. In the process of the study, general scientific methods were used, namely: a systemic approach - in substantiating the system of indicators for assessing economic security, historical and comparative methods - in analyzing the evolution of systems for assessing economic security and competitiveness. The work used applied methods, namely: integral assessment - in the process of analyzing the construction of integral indices of economic security, rating assessment - in analyzing the level of security, according to changes in the country's position in the international competitiveness rating, When formulating the conclusions of the study, generalization and logical modeling methods were used. Based on the analysis, a list of key indicators for assessing the economic security of the Ukrainian economy, adapted to the current conditions of martial law and European integration, is proposed. The Fidesz government presented its model as a sovereign alternative to the neoliberal mainstream, combining state interventionism, economic nationalism, sectoral taxation, support for “national capital,” and a confrontational approach toward the European Union. The objective of the article is to examine comprehensively the evolution of Viktor Orbán’s governmental economic policy from its reformist beginning in 2010 to the crisis outcomes that emerged before the political transition of 2026, as well as to assess the prospects for Hungary’s economic recovery after the change of government. The study applies systemic, comparative, statistical, and content analysis, as well as the case-study method. The empirical basis includes data from KSH, Eurostat, the IMF, the World Bank, European Commission reports, and analytical publications of international research institutions. The study shows that the initial success of “Orbánomics” was driven less by the internal efficiency of the model than by the combination of external resources, including EU funds, cheap energy, low interest rates, and post-crisis economic recovery. At the same time, the model gradually generated structural vulnerabilities: institutional centralization, rent redistribution through politically connected business groups, dependence on external financing, inflationary instability, weak innovation-oriented modernization, deterioration of the investment climate, and growing tensions with the European Union. “Orbánomics” demonstrated the capacity of a right-wing populist economic model to secure short-term political legitimacy and apparent stabilization. However, in the long run, it produced macroeconomic instability, institutional exhaustion, weakened competitiveness, and increased vulnerability to external shocks. The Hungarian case confirms that economic growth without institutional quality and transparent governance is unlikely to be sustainable. Further studies should focus on the quantitative assessment of the impact of frozen EU funds on SMEs, regional development, investment activity, and public finances. Comparative research on Hungary and other right-wing populist economic models in Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, and South Asia is also needed.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1289ANALYSIS OF DESTABILIZING INFLUENCES OF THE EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF ASSESSING THE ECONOMIC RESILIENCE OF ENTERPRISES AND ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY2026-05-27T11:55:40+03:00Olena Grishnovagrishnova@knu.uaOleksandr SovaSOVAOV@krok.edu.ua
The relevance of the study is due to the increased turbulence of the external environment of the functioning of enterprises in conditions of military and economic instability. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical and methodological principles for the integration of external destabilizing factors into the process of assessing the economic resilience of enterprises. The object of the study is external shock factors that affect the economic security and adaptability of domestic enterprises. The work uses methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, systematization and classification, economic and statistical analysis, methods of average values, standard deviation and coefficient of variation, data visualization method, method of minimax normalization of indicators and index method. The article substantiates that in conditions of war economy and long-term macroeconomic instability, the economic resilience of enterprises becomes critical as the ability to maintain functional integrity, adapt to destabilizing changes, and ensure the continuity of economic activity in conditions of high uncertainty. Conceptual differences between the economic security of an enterprise and the economic resilience of an enterprise are identified, where economic security characterizes the state of security of the system, and economic resilience is the ability of the system to adapt, recover and transform under the influence of external shocks. Within the framework of the study, destabilizing factors of the external environment are systematized into ten key blocks: macroeconomic turbulence, financial and credit destabilization, market instability, logistical and infrastructure disruptions, energy risks, institutional and regulatory instability, geopolitical and military destruction, social and labor destabilization, technological and digital risks and environmental and climatic factors. A system of statistical indicators has been formed for each block. Based on economic and statistical analysis, an assessment of the volatility of destabilizing indicators was carried out using average values, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. It was found that most of the studied indicators are characterized by a high or very high level of volatility, especially after 2022. For a comprehensive assessment of the intensity of external shocks, an integral index of external destabilizing influence (DE) was proposed, built on the basis of normalized stimulants and destimulators using minimax transformation. The results of calculating the integral index DE showed that the most favorable for the functioning of enterprises were 2018–2020, while the lowest index value was recorded in 2022 due to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. In 2023–2025, a partial recovery is observed, however, the level of external instability remains significantly higher compared to the pre-war period. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of an integral index of external destabilizing influence for a comprehensive assessment of the intensity of external shocks and the level of economic resilience of enterprises.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1287IFRS 18 AS A BASIS FOR THE PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS2026-05-27T11:07:43+03:00Olha RomashkoRomashkoOM@krok.edu.ua
The article examines the essence and significance of International Financial Reporting Standards and the implementation of IFRS 18 “Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements” within the system of international financial reporting. The main innovations of IFRS 18 in comparison with IAS 1 “Presentation of Financial Statements” are considered. A comparative analysis of IAS 1 and IFRS 18 was conducted, and the advantages of the latter in the preparation and presentation of financial statements were identified. The purpose of the article is to study the essence of IFRS 18, identify its key innovations, and substantiate the importance of the standard as a basis for the preparation of an enterprise’s financial statements. During the research, an analysis of the structure of IFRS 18, the content of its main sections and appendices was carried out, and the innovations introduced by this standard compared to the existing standards were identified. The structure of financial statements and the differences in the predominance of profit and loss information were examined. The Statement of Financial Performance was identified as the primary source of information on an entity’s performance results, becoming the first report in the set of financial statements and replacing the Statement of Financial Position from that leading position. An analysis was conducted and the characteristics of the classification of income and expenses were disclosed within three categories: operating, investing, and financing. It was noted that IFRS 18 proposes alternative methods for presenting expenses in the Statement of Financial Performance, although one of these methods requires additional disclosure in the notes. Information regarding the mandatory presentation of subtotals in the Statement of Financial Performance was also analyzed. The requirements for reflecting management performance measures in financial statements and the role of professional judgment in determining such measures by management were considered. It was emphasized that entities must ensure appropriate aggregation and disaggregation of financial statement items depending on their materiality and in accordance with the principles set out in IFRS 18. Attention was also paid to the interrelationship between different forms of reporting, particularly in determining cash flows from operating activities in the Statement of Cash Flows. Traditional antitrust regulation methods that rely solely on structural market parameters demonstrate limited effectiveness in crisis realities. Market entities increasingly exploit consumer cognitive vulnerabilities to reinforce their market power. In times of crisis, behavioral aspects of market relations acquire special significance, as information asymmetry directly affects decision-making by economic agents. Therefore, the study of integrating behavioral economics tools into the national antitrust regulation system becomes highly relevant for ensuring economic stability. This scientific work aims to provide a theoretical substantiation and develop practical recommendations on applying behavioral narratives as a cutting-edge antitrust policy tool. The process of antitrust regulation of market structures and ensuring the competitive advantages of enterprises under crisis conditions serves as the object of this study. To achieve the set goal, the author applies the comparative analysis method, economic-statistical modeling, and secondary data analysis. The research results clearly demonstrate that in a crisis economy, market power operates through a purposeful influence on choice architecture, cognitive biases, behavioral inertia, price framing, and algorithmic ranking of information. The author proves that using default settings, anchoring effects, and recommendation systems creates hidden barriers to market entry. Empirical analysis reveals that the application of manipulative price framing increases the probability of a consumer choosing a dominant seller's product by 34,5%. The implementation of algorithmic recommendations provides dominant players with a 22% increase in audience loyalty, which restricts small business development. Modeling shows that 68% of consumers make economic decisions under the influence of wartime anxiety narratives, which unfair market participants exploit to improperly increase prices by an average of 15,4-18,2%. At the same time, for Ukrainian exporters, narratives of resilience and reliability become an important intangible asset that increases the volume of foreign contracts by 12,8%. Integrating behavioral economics into antitrust regulation shifts the focus from a formal analysis of market structure to the protection of genuine freedom of consumer choice. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their direct use by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to modernize the regulatory framework and implement behavioral tests. The recommendations proposed by the author to counter digital manipulations will reduce the level of crisis-driven opportunism in consumer markets by 25% and ensure the maintenance of the state's price stability.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1270MICROECONOMIC DIAGNOSTICS OF ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE2026-05-14T11:14:02+03:00Olesia Ananievaananyevao@krok.edu.uaMyroslava Hofmannmiroslavag@krok.edu.ua
The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of microeconomic diagnostics of enterprise performance efficiency under conditions of economic digital transformation, increasing environmental uncertainty, intensifying competitive pressure, and the active implementation of innovative technologies in business process management systems. Prospects for further scientific research include the development of integrated models for assessing the resilience level of insurance companies and the formation of adaptive mechanisms for strategic management of the insurance business under conditions of global turbulence, which will ensure the long-term competitiveness of Ukraine’s insurance sector.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1283CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF STRATEGISING UKRAINE’S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AS A FACTOR IN FORMING ECONOMIC POWER AND STRENGTHENING UKRAINE’S NATIONAL SECURITY2026-05-27T12:40:35+03:00Mykhailo TaranTaranMA@krok.edu.ua
The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to rethink the strategising of Ukraine’s economic development under conditions of war, structural uncertainty, and prolonged security pressure. For Ukraine, economic policy cannot be limited to the logic of restoring lost indicators or returning to the pre-war trajectory. Its subject should be the formation of such a quality of the economy that is capable of supporting state agency, creating complex added value, accumulating national capabilities, and strengthening security resilience in the long term. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of strategising Ukraine’s economic development as a factor in forming economic power and strengthening national security. The object of the study is the process of strategising economic development under conditions in which the developmental and security dimensions of public policy are combined. The theoretical basis of the study consists of approaches from institutional economics, economic development theory, strategic management, national competitiveness, and geoeconomics. The article applies conceptual analysis, categorical differentiation, theoretical generalisation, and systemic interpretation of the relationship between economic development, economic power, and national security. Strategising of economic development should be considered as a process of forming the country’s economic power, understood not as a derivative of the volume of gross output, but as the integral capacity of the economy to produce higher added value, understood as a value proposition, to form agency and competitiveness at the international level, and to convert accumulated potential into broader national power and the security resilience of the state. The article proposes an analytical distinction between economic growth as a quantitative measurement of the economy and economic development as a subject of strategic choice. It substantiates that strategising is a function of state agency rather than a procedure for drafting documents, and that its quality is determined by the institutional maturity of the decision-making system. The drivers of development are analysed through the logic of their contribution to the formation of economic power, with particular attention to the role of human capital, innovation, the defence-industrial complex, institutional quality, and regional capability. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that its conclusions can be applied to reorient strategic planning from the logic of measures and indicators towards the logic of capabilities, development drivers, and the long-term resilience of the state. This approach makes it possible to assess economic policy by its contribution to the formation of Ukraine’s economic power.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://snku.krok.edu.ua/index.php/vcheni-zapiski-universitetu-krok/article/view/1291CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY 2026-05-26T13:02:24+03:00Sergii Lisniaklisniak.si@knutd.edu.ua
The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of investment support for the sustainable development of the national economy in the context of global transformations, digitalization, and the post-war recovery of Ukraine. It is substantiated that achieving sustainable development requires the formation of an effective system for mobilizing, accumulating, and utilizing investment resources capable of ensuring structural modernization of the economy, human capital development, implementation of innovative technologies, and realization of environmentally oriented projects. The strategic role of investment resources in fostering innovative development, modernizing production infrastructure, developing human capital, facilitating the ecological transformation of the economy, and supporting the post-war reconstruction of the state is determined. The key factors shaping the conceptual foundations of investment support for the sustainable development of the national economy are systematized.

It is argued that the concept of investment support for sustainable development should be based on the principles of systemicity, comprehensiveness, innovation, inclusiveness, environmental responsibility, institutional coherence, and long-term efficiency. It is established that an important role in ensuring sustainable development is played by the formation of a multi-channel financing system that combines public, private, international, and institutional sources of investment resources. The object of the study is the set of economic relations arising in the process of formation, attraction, allocation, and utilization of investment resources to ensure the sustainable development of the national economy.

The theoretical foundation of the research is formed by the fundamental provisions of economic theory, sustainable development theory, investment management, institutional economics, economic growth theory, and the concept of sustainable finance. The study employs general scientific methods, including the systems approach, institutional approach, sustainable development concept, structural-logical analysis, as well as methods of abstraction, synthesis, and scientific generalization. A conceptual model of investment support for the sustainable development of the national economy is proposed, encompassing institutional, financial, innovation, digital, and socio-environmental subsystems and aimed at achieving the strategic priorities of Ukraine’s sustainable development. Prospects for further scientific research are focused on deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of an effective system of investment support for the sustainable development of the national economy in the context of Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction and European integration.
2026-05-30T00:00:00+03:00Copyright (c) 2026
